1. VP, Sales and Marketing

China Luxury Travel Network (CLTN) is looking for a VP, Sales & Marketing to manage CLTN’s overall sales and marketing, event management, and industry representation world widely. This role requires persuasiveness, creative thinking, self-motivation, determination, problem solving skills, as well as an ability to work with multiple cultures in achieving the agreed sales & marketing goals. Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO to contact sales and marketing strategies
• Build and strengthen relationship with current sales channels, and develop new channels
• Manage sales performance, taking good use of competitive advantages
• Recommendation of key market strategies for CLTN - including exhibitions, conferences, events, associations, networking activities, advertising and PR activities
• CLTN reputation management
• Collect Luxury Travel Industry trends and requirements from the various markets for product marketing projects
• Represent the company in regulatory committees, events and speaking opportunities
• Identify and participate in PR activities including press coverage, speaking opportunities for regional executives, maintain relationship with trade publications, sponsorship of industry events and associations

Ideal Candidate:

• Over 10 years experience in worldwide sales and marketing, and corporate communications in Luxury Travel Industry
• International education or working experience will be an advantage
• Strong customer focused with the confidence and presence to initiate and build strong relationships at a senior level
• Sales department management experience
• Solid connection with local and international media resources is a must
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in dealing with internal and external parties
• Have a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated
• Be a team player, have a positive attitude, fun to work with, can function well independently, and can deliver under pressure
• Proficient English and English communication skills
